Description

Drives the implementation of improvements and the adoption of new
processes, through sparring, collaboration and support to front line
functions. Through continuous measurement, ensures that the targets set
are met, and, if required, participates in establishing required
corrective action. Prepares relevant business metrics and analyses in comparison to
benchmarks, industry peers and competitors.
Analyses functions' business metrics at local level and locates possible
drivers of trends, developments and variances results.
Prepares market and customer specific value driver and pricing/contract
structure analysis.
Provides support to front customer facing and operational functions to
set up and execute business improvement programs and processes.
In the GSC, further builds control processes, tracks SOP compliance and
ensures adherence to governance model.
